Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. You must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes cannot be guaranteed. Once received, your order can still be returned for a full refund in line with our return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. During peak seasons or holidays, additional time may be needed. Orders ship the next business day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and international shipping, orders may take between 2–4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
All prices on our website are tax-free in USD. You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your local customs office. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by Apllix. We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by customs.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us right away. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s). We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once your return is processed or cancellation approved, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider for more details.
